	If you are aged over 60, live in the Borough of Epsom & Ewell and have difficulty using public transport, our medical transport service can take you to and from medical appointments within the Borough and further afield. This includes doctors, dentists, clinics, chiropodists, hospitals and opticians.


	Our team of volunteer drivers will collect you from your home, take you to your appointment and then bring you home again. Unfortunately, we cannot take wheelchairs, but, if you would like someone to accompany you to your appointment, we can take an extra passenger at no extra cost.


	To make a booking ring 01372 728758 between 10.00am - 12 noon, Monday to Friday. At all other times, please leave a message on the answerphone giving your name and telephone number and we will ring you back. Please give at least one week’s notice. See below for examples of the cost of return journeys.

All parking or congestion charges must also be paid by you to the driver, who will put the money into an Age Concern collecting box. If you have a Disabled Person’s Parking Badge (Blue Badge), please bring it with you.
