Our office is open to both telephone and personal callers from 9.30 - 1.00 Monday to Friday. An appointment is not necessary. We can give free and confidential information and advice on a wide range of issues that affect older people. These include:

We can also tell you about Age Concern Insurance Services, social centres, local leisure opportunities, holidays, and many other things. In addition, we can arrange for Age Concern factsheets to be sent to your home. If we are unable to help you, we can refer you to other appropriate organisations.
